MY DIARY 2/23

Today, my father decided to take us to ancient buildings in Tainan. He thought that my brother and I can take advantage of this vacation to relax. First, we went to ain-pin-cou-bau(安平古堡).It's a castle originally built by Dutches. I saw many things in the small museum. In the afternoon, we went to yi-zai-chin-chen(億載金城). There were many stands in front of the gate. We walked along the moat admiring the beauty and quiet. It was really an enjoyment. I'm glad I'm a resident of Tainan city.

MY DIARY 2/14

Today is Valentine's Day, but I have to work in the school. I was very busy in a whole day until afternoon. Aunt who works with me cooked a big pickle chafing dish. It looked so delicious. Although I was very full, I still ate much food. We had four people eat up the food of the inside. I was so excited. Because I thought this is the feast of the first time in my life. The weather was cold but our mood was hot. All of us had a good time. I hope our emotion can be so good forever!

Tips for Staying Healthy-draft one

There are several tips for staying our health. For example, doing exercise every day is very important. According to some research reports, show we should exercise three times a week, thirty minutes every time. That will help us keep a normal figure. In addition, drinking a lot of water is good for our health, too. Because the water can make some toxin out of our body. We drink at least 2000 c.c. one day. But I think the most important tip is keeps carefree minds. Many long-lived people exercise every day, eat healthy food, drink enough water and keep a carefree mind.
